Preshift — Privacy Policy

The short version
Preshift works without an account and without a network. Everything you practise is stored on your phone.
Your voice never leaves your phone. Speech recognition runs on the device itself. If a device cannot do on-device recognition, Preshift turns voice scoring off rather than sending your audio over the network.
No ads, no analytics SDKs, no trackers, and we never sell or share your data with data brokers.
Who we are
Preshift is published by Yong Ping Chen (trading as Yepos), United Kingdom. For anything in this policy, including access or deletion requests, email support@easyify.uk.
What stays on your phone
Used without an account, Preshift stores this locally and sends none of it anywhere:
- Your setup choices — country or region, job, interface language, daily goal, reminder time.
- Your practice records — which line you practised, the score, the text the on-device recogniser heard, which key words it missed, and when.
- Scheduling data for spaced repetition (which lines are due, and when).
- A cached copy of the lesson content so the app works offline.
You can erase all of it at any time: Me → Erase everything on this phone.
The microphone and speech recognition
When you tap the microphone to read a line aloud, Preshift uses Apple's on-device speech
recognition (requiresOnDeviceRecognition is set to true, with no fallback to
network recognition). The audio is processed on the phone, is not written to a file, and is not
sent to us or to any third party. We do not use any third-party AI service with your data.
If you never grant microphone access, the app still works — it asks you to judge yourself instead of scoring by voice.
The photo library
Preshift never reads your photo library. iOS shows a photo-library permission string because a library we depend on links Apple's Photos framework; the only time photos are involved is if you choose to save your monthly card image through the system share sheet.
If you create an account (optional)
An account exists for one reason: so your progress survives a new phone. Creating one collects:

What "practice records" includes, precisely: the line you practised, your score, the timestamp, how long you took, which key words were missed, and the text the on-device recogniser heard you say. It does not include audio — no recording is uploaded, ever.
These servers are ours. Your records are not shared with any third party, are not used to train any model, and are not used for advertising.
Fetching lesson content
The app downloads lesson content from api.yepos.net so that new material can arrive
without an app update. Those requests carry your account token only when you are signed in.
Like any internet request, our server sees the IP address the request came from; we use it to
operate and secure the service and do not build profiles from it.
Notifications
The pre-shift reminder is scheduled locally on your phone. There is no push server and we do not collect a device push token.
Deleting your data
- Everything, including the account: Me → Account and sync → Delete account and all data. This is a hard delete — the account and its records are removed from our server, not flagged as hidden.
- This phone only: Me → Erase everything on this phone. If you are signed in, the server copy stays until you delete the account.
- By email: write to support@easyify.uk and we will do it for you.
We keep account data for as long as the account exists. Delete the account and it goes.
Your rights
If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR / GDPR give you the right to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to processing. Email support@easyify.uk and we will answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Where you use an account, we process your data to perform the service you asked for (Article 6(1)(b)); where you use the app without one, there is nothing for us to process.
Children
Preshift is aimed at people working in restaurants and takeaways. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes will be announced in the app.

不注册、不联网也能用。你练过的东西存在你自己手机里。
声音不出这台手机。语音识别跑在设备本地；设备不支持端上识别时， Preshift 会把语音打分关掉，而不会改成把你的声音传到网上去识别。
没有广告、没有统计 SDK、没有第三方跟踪，也绝不把你的数据卖给或分享给数据经纪商。
我们是谁
Preshift 由 Yong Ping Chen（Yepos）在英国发布。本政策相关的任何事情， 包括查阅与删除请求，写信到 support@easyify.uk。
只存在你手机里的部分
不登录使用时，下面这些只存在本机，不会发到任何地方：
- 你的设置 —— 国家/地区、岗位、界面语言、每天几句、提醒时间。
- 你的练习记录 —— 练的哪一句、分数、端上识别听到的文字、漏掉了哪些关键词、什么时候练的。
- 间隔重复的排期（哪几句到期、什么时候再出现）。
- 随包与下发的课程内容缓存 —— 有了它才能离线练。
随时可以全部抹掉：我的 → 清空本机全部数据。
麦克风与语音识别
你点麦克风跟读时，Preshift 用的是苹果的端上语音识别
（requiresOnDeviceRecognition 设为 true，且不降级到联网识别）。
声音在手机上处理，不写成文件，不发给我们，也不发给任何第三方。
我们没有把你的数据交给任何第三方 AI 服务。
不给麦克风权限也能用 —— 那时它请你自己判断说得对不对，而不是用语音打分。
相册
Preshift 从不读你的相册。iOS 之所以会出现相册权限说明，是因为我们依赖的一个库链接了 Apple 的 Photos 框架；真正和相册有关的只有一种情况：你自己 通过系统分享把月度卡片存进相册。
如果你注册账号（可选）
账号只为一件事存在：换手机之后进度还在。注册会收集：

「练习记录」具体包含什么：练的哪一句、分数、时间、用时、漏掉的关键词， 以及端上识别听到你说的那段文字。不包含录音 —— 任何时候都不会上传音频。
这些服务器是我们自己的。你的记录不会分享给任何第三方，不用于训练任何模型，也不用于广告。
下载课程内容
App 会从 api.yepos.net 下载课程内容，这样新内容不发版也能更新。
只有在你登录的情况下，这些请求才带着你的账号令牌。和任何互联网请求一样，
我们的服务器会看到请求来自哪个 IP —— 这用于运行和保护服务，我们不用它给人建档。
通知
上班前的提醒是在你手机本地排期的。没有推送服务器，我们也不收集设备推送令牌。
删除你的数据
- 连账号一起删：我的 → 账号与同步 → 删除账号与全部数据。 这是硬删除 —— 账号和它的记录从服务器上真的删掉，不是打个隐藏标记。
- 只清这台手机：我的 → 清空本机全部数据。如果你登录着， 服务器上那份要等你删账号才会消失。
- 写信也行：support@easyify.uk，我们替你删。
账号数据保留到账号被删除为止。删了就没了。
你的权利
在英国或欧盟，UK GDPR / GDPR 给你查阅、更正、导出、删除个人数据以及反对处理的权利。 写信到 support@easyify.uk，我们 30 天内答复。 你也可以向英国信息专员办公室（ico.org.uk）投诉。
未成年人
Preshift 面向餐饮从业者，不面向 13 岁以下儿童，我们也不会有意收集他们的数据。
变更
政策有变更时，顶部的日期会跟着变；重大变更会在 App 内告知。
